QUARTERLY HIGHLIGHTS

‒   As of Q3 2021, the total office supply in Bangkok was 9,392,139 square meters, a slight increase of 0.2% Q-o-Q and 2.5% Y-o-Y from two newly completed buildings.

‒   The net take-up in Q3 2021 was negative 29,588 square meters, a drop of 9.9% Q-o-Q and 65.7% Y-o-Y. The total occupied space was recorded at 8,269,977 square metres in Q3 2021 with an overall occupancy rate of 88.1%, declining by 0.6 percentage points Q-o-Q.

‒   There was very minimal movement in rental rate in the Bangkok office market this quarter, with only Grade A CBD average rent decreasing to THB 1,060 per square meter, a decline of 3.8% Q-o-Q, mainly from the negative net take-up of Grade A CBD office buildings.
