Dr. Henry Chin 金纬博士
Head of Research, Asia Pacific, CBRE
Dr. Henry Chin is responsible for providing a full and innovative range of research, analysis and consultancy services in Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience working with renowned financial institutes including Prudential Financials and Deutsche Bank Group. With more than 12 years research experience for Asia Pacific and Global real estate markets, Dr. Chin is also an Assistant Professor at National Taipei University (Taiwan); guest lecturer at Oxford Brookes University (UK); and guest speaker at Hong Kong University (HK).
Frank Chen 陈仲伟
Head of Research, China, CBRE
Frank Chen is responsible for the management and direction of the company’s national research platform which provides real estate market research, econometric forecasting and consulting solutions to real estate investors and occupiers. Frank was most recently with BNP Paribas, where he was Executive Director and Head of Property Research at the Equities Research department. He has worked in several international markets, including Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, and has held equity research and investment banking roles at organizations such as JP Morgan Securities, Cazenove and Macquarie Bank.
Sam Xie 谢晨
Senior Director, Research, Eastern China, CBRE
Sam Xie has over 10 years of commercial real estate research experience, and an insightful understanding of the real estate market in Shanghai and surrounding tier-2 cities. Sam currently leads the Eastern China research team, providing market intelligence, forecast and advice to help clients to formulate and execute their real estate strategies within the region.
Alan Li 李凌
Head of Capital Markets, Greater China, CBRE
Alan Li heads the Capital Markets teams across all geographies in CBRE Greater China. A well respected professional in the real estate investment market, he has achieved very strong track record in both domestic and international commercial real estate markets. Recent key assignments include the disposition of GC Tower and Hongjia Tower in Lujiazui (Shanghai) and Shimao Group’s acquisition of 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney.
Fion Zhang 张越
Head of Office Services, Eastern China
Fion Zhang has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate market, primarily in Shanghai and the Eastern China. She works closely with corporate real estate managers of both multinational and domestic corporations establishing and demonstrating real estate strategy and deliver full executions. She has extensive experience handling large scale and complex projects, providing comprehensive services for both multinational and domestic clients with remarkable communication skills, excellent bilingual capabilities and solid real estate experience.
Louisa Luo 罗瑾
Head of Industrial and Logistics Services, China, CBRE
Louisa Luo is responsible for providing industrial and logistics services including strategic planning, transaction management, tenant representation, sales & lease and build-to-suit services. An industry veteran, Louisa has been in industrial real estate field for over 15 years. Prior to joining CBRE, Louisa worked at BizVision International and was engaged in the development of an 8 square kilometers industrial park involving extensive cooperation with local government. Louisa has directly handled over 600,000 sqm space, and RMB 1.5 Billion worth of transactions.
